摘要
目的 观察肥胖非胰岛素依赖型以针灸治疗的疗效。方法 35例患者以针灸、耳穴埋针辨证施治 ,并观察治疗前后肥胖相关指标、空腹血糖 (FBS)、空腹血清胰岛素 (FINS)、尿糖、血脂相关指标、胰岛素敏感性指标 (IAI)的变化。结果 临床总有效率 77.2 % ,治疗后 FBS、FINS含量下降 ,IAI升高 ,总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)回降 ,血脂高密度脂蛋白 (HDL )含量升高 ,肥胖指标显著降低。
Purpose To observe the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on non insulin dependent fat diabetes. Methods Acupuncture, moxibustion and otopoint needle embedding therapy were given on the basis of syndromic differentiation, and differences in obesity related indices, fast blood sugar (FBS), fast serum insulin (FINS), urine sugar, blood fat related indices and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) between pre treatment and post treatment were observed in 35 cases. Results The total clinical effective rate was 77.2%. After treatment, FBS and FINS contents dropped, ISI rose, total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) decreased, blood high density lipoprotein content (HDL) increased and obesity index markedly dropped. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion can improve and regulate the abnormal glycometabolism and lipometabolism.
