摘要
1990年 4月至 1992年 5月在乌鲁木齐市查出耻阴虱感染者 12例 ,在皮肤性病门诊患者中的感染率为 1.1%。检视了采自 12个病例的 5 4只新疆耻阴虱标本 (成虫 4 4只 :♂♂ 17、♀♀ 2 7;若虫 10只 ) ,其形态与裘明华 ( 1993 )描述的中国耻阴虱形态基本一致 ,但亦存在一定差异。记述了耻阴虱卵盖气孔总数的变异范围为 13～ 17个。对以往的治疗措施提出了改进意见。
Twelve cases infested with Pthirus pubis(L.) in Xinjiang are reported in this paper. The infestation rat of Pthirus pubis among the patients who sought medical advice to the clinic of dermatosis and venereal diseases is 1.1% .54 specimens of Pthirus pubis (adult 44:♂♂17,♀♀27; nymph 10) from aforesaid 12 cases were observed . Their morphology is similar to that described by QIU Ming-hua (1993 ) and with a few differences. The variational range of aeropyle total of the nit operculums is 13 ~17 according to the observed 8 specimens ( top view ). Some improvement measures are advanced about the treatment for infestation of Pthirus pubis.
