摘要
在对西部农民增收趋缓面临问题简要分析的基础上 ,指出农业生产结构不合理、农业产业化程度差、农业科技与农业生产脱节是影响当前农民收入的主要因素 .为此 ,提出了增加农民收入的基本思路 。
Based on the analysis of the problem of farmers' slow income increasing in west China, it is pointed out that the irrational industrial structures, poor agricultural industrialization and disjunction of agricultural technology and production are the main factors hindering the farmers' income. The basic thought for increasing farmers' income is put forward, together with the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
