摘要
针对机械装备复杂多变的服役状态 ,分析了机械装备的故障预测系统。阐述了机械装备故障预测系统的研制目的、系统特性 ,提出了系统的设计原则 ,建立了系统的总体功能结构及系统的预测模型 。
Machinery equipment fault prediction system is analyzed in order to insure the security during its service period.First,the necessity of developing the prediction system is discussed.Three basic functions,i.e.data management,failure prediction and warning,of the system are described(Fig.1).Second,the design method and the principles of such prediction system are presented.Basic ideas of the prediction system,such as(1) obtaining influencing factors and their weights;(2) setting up the fuzzy relational matrix;and(3) pattern recognition and prediction are pointed out.The design of the system is considered to follow the principles of (a) friendly man machine interface,(b) fully using knowledge and (c) being extended easily.The prediction model is set up(Eqn.(1)).In the end of the present paper,the evaluation index including quantitive,qualitative and analogy indexes are discussed.
