摘要
依据乙醛生产的反应机理和影响因素的分析 ,利用生产中的实际数据 ,通过数学回归建立了乙醛生产过程的数学模型 ,并以达到最大产量为目标 ,求得现有装置最大生产能力及适宜操作条件。根据优化的结果 ,经过 1998年和 1999年在乙醛装置实际生产中的应用 ,生产负荷达到了设计负荷的 12 7% ,成效显著 。
Based on the reaction principle and the analysis of the influence fact or of the process, this paper have established the mathematical model of acetald ehyde production by mathematical regressing through the production practical dat a, and is to optimize the operation control parameters and to investigate maximu m production capacity for the purpose to realize maximum output. With the optimi zed result of the paper to guide the operation for acetaldehyde plant during 199 8 and 1999, the loading rate of the plant has reached to be as much as 127% of t he design value and the effort is significant, so the purpose carrying out the o ptimization has been realized.
