摘要
长效腐植酸尿素 (UHA)是将活化腐植酸包涂 渗透于尿素颗粒表层而成 ,其生产工艺和增产效果都已得到验证。本研究采用化学法和波谱法对UHA进行了化学组成结构研究 ,结果表明 ,腐植酸渗入尿素颗粒表面 ,形成一层较稳定的包膜 ,使尿素的强度提高了 48 0 3%。两种反应产物中还分别有 0 6 5 %和 4 31%的尿素与腐植酸发生了化学反应及物理化学吸附 ,生成的复合物量与腐植酸加量呈正相关 ;尿素主要与腐植酸中的羧基和酚羟基发生了离子交换。
The structure, composition and reaction mechanism of long lasting urea coated by humic acid (UHA) were investigated by chemical and spectrum analyses The chemical analysis and SEM results showed that humic acid (HA) permeated into the surface of urea granular and then formed a more stable film, therefore the strength of urea granular was enhanced by 48 03% In addition to the physical chemical adsorption, about 0 65% and 4 31% of urea occurred the chemical reaction with HA in two types of products respectively IR, ESR results indicated that ionization reaction and hydrogen bond association were taken place between urea and HA′s twp groups of carboxyl and phenol HA's ether and ester groups could be broken and reacted with urea to form stable free radicals
