摘要
在小型 相机中 ,基于 射线与 Na I( T1 )晶体的相互作用及其产生的闪烁光子的传输特性 ,用 GEANT3软件包建立的一个蒙特卡罗模拟程序 ,研究闪烁光子在位置灵敏光电倍增管光阴极上的空间分布 ,结果表明用重心读出法得到的图象明显从周围向中心压缩 .本文讨论了这种压缩的物理机制 。
Based on the interaction of Gamma ray with a planar NaI(T1) crystal and the transportation of scintillation photons produced in the crystal for a compact Gamma camera,a Monte Carlo simulation model using the GEANT3 codes has been setup for a study of scintillation photon′s spatial distribution on the photocathode of PSPMT.The results demonstrate that using the barycenter readout,the image is significantly shrunk from circumference to the center.The physical mechanism of the image shrinkage is explored and suggestions for eliminating the shrinkage are presented.
