摘要
某电站液态排渣炉炉底水冷壁管多次发生泄漏。通过金相检验、力学性能测定及能谱分析 ,认为运行工况欠佳造成了管壁垢下碱性腐蚀 ,管壁被腐蚀减薄后最终导致炉底管爆裂。
A power plant′s boiler furnace water-wall tube bursted several times. By microstructure examination, mechanical property test, EDS analysis and combined with survey of boiler operation condition, it was found that the poor working condition resulted in alkaline corrosion under the scale of the tube wall. This caused the reducing of the tube thickness and leaded to final bursting.
