摘要
踝关节损伤如果处理不当 ,会影响活动、训练和比赛的正常进行 ,会缩短运动寿命 ,从而关系到运动者的身心健康。在发生踝关节损伤时 ,应依据踝关节损伤的解剖原理、类型和症状 ,采取冷敷、顺理、清热、消炎、消肿、活血、按摩以及物理疗法等措施进行应急救助。为了避免和减少踝关节损伤 。
The anklebone contusion is very important in athletic sports,if it is dealed with improperly,the move,training and game can not do on the rails,the sport life will be shorted,so the athlete′s health of body and mind will be influenced.When the anklebone contusion take place,you should adopt one kind of way to put up salvation from cold apply,along rectify,clear heat, relieve inflammation,detumescence, live lifeblood,give massage and give physical therapy,and so on.In order to avoid anklebone contusion,you should do some warming-up before play.
