摘要
标准齿轮按标准中心距安装时具有标准顶隙 ,顶隙和齿轮传动几何尺寸之间具有固定的关系。考虑到变位齿轮传动计算的特殊性 ,在利用顶隙计算齿轮传动几何尺寸时 ,可以不借助各种复杂的系数 ,推导出一定公式 ,给齿轮传动的设计、制造以及现场测绘带来诸多便利。
Standard gear wheel possesses standard top-gap when installed in normal central space.Top-gap and gear driver geometrical dimensions have an inherent connection.Considering specialty of driving calculation of alternate gear,definite formula can be derived without derovation support from variously complex coefficient,so as to take gear driver great advantages to design,manufacture and field survey and drawing.Also the engineering rationality of this method was illustrated by way of calculation of example.
