摘要
分析了期刊面临的严峻挑战以及“入世”带来的机遇 ,提出了提高认识、调整结构、改进机制的应对措施。
How to face the challenge of joining WTO is the main task for periodical operators to deal with. This paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities, and puts forward relevant countermeasures to elevate understanding and to improve mechanism.
