摘要
利用高pH不连续聚丙烯酰胺垂直板Bio-Rad高级电泳系统对猴头菌[Hericium erina-ceus(Bull.)Pers.]SOD同工酶进行了研究,结果表明:不同菌株之间有两条相同酶谱带,同时存在2～5条差异酶谱带,总酶谱带5～7条。同一菌株在不同的温度下既有酶谱带消失,也有新生酶谱带。
This paper is a study of isoenzyme zymogram of the superoxide dis-mutase of Hericium erinaceus by high pH discontinuous perpendicular plate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The result shows that,on the one hand,there
are two same zymograms,and on the other,there occur two or five different zymograms in different hydnoid tungi.The total zymograms are 5～7.During cold treatment,some new zymograms appear while an old one disappears.
