摘要
根据光线在基板和衍射层中实际光路作者导出了衍射透镜的精确设计计算公式 ,基于这种公式设计出的微透镜的成象质量优于基于简化公式设计的衍射透镜 .本文介绍这些严密的设计公式和设计过程 ,给出了工作波长 λ=0 .6 3 2 8μm、直径 2 R=3 0 0 μm、基板 (折射率 ns=1 .51 )厚 1 0 0 0 μm、衍射层折射率 nd=1 .56的微透镜设计面形以及象点的能量分布 .
A rigorous method for designing diffraction lenses is proposed based on the real length of optical path in the substrate and diffraction layer.The rigorous design technique could work out a diffraction lens resulting in quality image.This article describes the formulae and the procedure of designing diffraction lens.The profiles of diffraction lenses,designed by using the strict technique and the approximate method,and the intensity distribution of their images are presented for comparison.
