摘要
通过模拟试验的方法 ,研究氟虫腈 (fipronil)在稻田生态系中的降解与代谢途径 ,结果表明 :在稻田水体中氟虫腈主要通过光解和水解作用降解为 MB4 6 513和RPA2 0 0 76 6 ;在土壤中以氧化和水解产物 MB4 6 136和 MB4 5950为主 ;在水稻植株中转化为氧化产物 MB4 6 136和还原产物 MB4 5950。
Degradative and metabolic routes of fipronil in the model paddy field ecosystem were conducted. The results showed that MB46513 and RPA200766 were main catabolites of fipronil in water under the actions of photolysis and hydrolysis in the model ecosystem; MB46136 and RPA200766 were the majorities among the four metabolites in soil under the actions of oxidation and hydrolysis; MB46136 and MB45950 were only two compounds derived under the actions of oxidation and reduction in rice plant, respectively.
