摘要
在实施素质教育的进程中 ,剖析人的素质结构及其组成成分 ,对于探究教育和环境对素质发展的影响并从中选择促进素质发展的有效途径大有裨益 ;按照系统科学的观点 ,实施素质教育的过程就是德智体美劳等五育整合的过程 。
In the process of quality education,it's very helpful to analyse human being's quality construction and its components.Acurding to the ideas of system science,the process of implementation of quality education in the same process of integration of moral,intellegent,psysical,aesthetic and labour education.The integration of education is the main approach to improve quality development.
