摘要
文章阐述了企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设的相互关系,认为两者之间既有一致性,又有不同点。企业思想政治工作和企业文化都是社会文化的一部分,是民族文化和现代意识在企业内部的综合反映和表现。搞好企业文化建设,是加强和改进思想政治工作的重要途径。
This paper discusses the interrelationship between ideological work and company cul-ture building and believes that there exist some similarities and differences therefrom.Further-more,the author indicates that ideological work and culture building in an enterprise are a part of social culture,reflecting our national culture and modern mindset.To better build up an enterprise culture is undoubtedly a means of improving ideological work.
