摘要
采用断裂蚀刻法和扫描电镜研究蚕丝丝素纤维的微细结构形态。结果表明,蚕丝丝素纤维是由许多直径0.1μm左右、断面呈不规则圆形和由结晶纤维及非结晶纤维分子聚合体沿铀向交替串联的巨原纤维紧密集束而成。各巨原纤维间紧密靠接,且无间质充填,并由各相邻巨原纤维周缘分子侧链牢固联接成整体。同时,还对蚕丝丝素纤维结构和性能间的关系作了论述。
A combination of breaking, ion-etching and SEM techniques has been used in the present study to characterize the microstructural morphology of silkworm fibroin at its surface, longitudinal section and transversal section. The fibrion was shown to possess two different level units, i.e. the fibroin molecular poiymers consisting of crystallites and non-crystallites, and the fibrils originating from the molecular poiymers. The fibrils may control the strength of the fibroin in the axial direction. Based on the results, the relationship between the structure of fibroin and its properties is discussed.
