摘要
以^(45)Ca作钙素营养源,采用砂培法,研究了椪柑实生苗(CitrusPoonensis Tanaka)对钙的吸收、运转及在树体内的分布和积累。结果表明,谨柑根系可较强地吸收钙,并主要分布和积累于茎、叶柄和叶脉中,叶肉组织中次之。新生叶积累量较老叶为多,而以10~15天叶龄中的量最大,茎内由下向上积累量逐渐减弱。地上部^(45)Ca分配率约为吸收总量的60~75%,并随浓度升高而增加;地下部为25~40%,并随浓度升高而降低。椪柑对钙的利用率与处理浓度成负线性相关。
The uptake and translocation of Ca and its distribution and accumulation in the seedlings of Citrus poonensis Tar.aka were investigated in sand culture, in which ^(45)Ca was adopted as the Ca nutrient source. The Ca obsorbed.by the plants was found to be concentrated in the root tips, stems, petioles and the main and lateral veins while less Ca was observed in the mesophyllous tissues and the upper parts of the roots.Ca content was higher in young leaves than in older ones, the highest concentration was found in 10—to-35-day-old leaves. Ca accumulation decreased progressively in the stem from the bottom to the top. ^(45)Ca accumulation in the top of the plants accounted for 60~75% of the total Ca obsorbed and increased with its concentration, whereas that in the root system accounted for 25~40% of the total and decreased with its concentration. The utilixation rate of Ca showed a negative linear correlation with the concentrations adopted in the treatments.
