摘要
我国自 80年代中期启动风险投资以来 ,取得了一定成绩 ,但也存在一些不足 ,其中一个重要问题就在于缺乏完善的风险投资退出机制。因此 ,尽快推出创业板市场 ,完善无板市场及场外交易市场是当务之急 ,只有这样才能加快科技成果向现实生产力的转化 ,促进我国高科技产业的快速发展。
Since the mid-1980s ,our country started the venture investment and has made a certain achievements . But there exist some defects in it ,of which the important problem is that there isn't a perfect venture investment retreat mechanism. Therefore it is urgent to build the high-tech board market, consummate the non-board market and the over-the-counter market . Only by doing so can we speed up the process of turning the scientific achievements into real productivity and facilitate our country's high-tech industry.
