摘要
计算了感应加热悬浮区熔提纯钕棒过程中 ,感应线圈中的高频电流作用在钕棒悬浮熔区上的电磁力 .结果表明 ,当感应线圈半径 a,钕棒半径 R和熔区高度 h同时满足关系式 h=0 ,R=0 .2 62 3a时 ,作用在钕棒熔区上的电磁束缚力达到最大 .
In the process of floating zone refining neodymium bar with induction heating, the electromagnetic forces exerted on floating melted zone of neodymium bar by high frequency current in induction coil were calculated. It was found that electromagnetic binding force acting on floating melted zone of neodymium bar can get maximum value when the radius a of the induction coil, the radius R of the neodymium bar and the height h of the melted zone simultaneously satisfy the relations h=0,R=0.2623a. The results can be applied to guide the reasonable selection of the technological parameters in the zone refining experiment.
