Alzheimer病与糖代谢异常
摘要
葡萄糖对维护脑功能有特殊的作用。Alzheimer病存在脑局灶区性糖代谢下降 ,且与认知障碍有关 ,其机制主要是胰岛素信号转导异常 ,与非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病的病理生理过程相似。但糖尿病与Alzheimer病的关系尚无定论 ,值得进一步研究。
