摘要
目的 探讨心钠素 (ANP)对油酸型急性肺损伤(ALI)家兔血及支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中TNF α,IL 8和ET 1含量的影响 .方法 观察油酸型ALI家兔 (n =6 )ANP治疗前 ,后不同时间混合静脉血及BALF中上述 3种因子含量的变化 ,并于实验结束后测定肺水质量分数 .结果 油酸致伤后 30 ,6 0和 12 0min血及BALF中TNF α,IL 8和ET 1含量均显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 0 .0 1) ,ANP治疗后各因子含量明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并维持在低水平 ,肺水质量分数也显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 ivANP可有效降低油酸致伤后血及BALF中TNF α ,IL 8,ET 1水平 ,抑制肺内炎症反应 。
AIM To investigate the effects of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) on the levels of TNF α, IL 8 and ET 1 in blood and bronchio alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from a rabbit acute lung injury (ALI) model induced by oleic acid. METHODS The concentrations of the three cytokines in mixed venous blood and BALF were continuously analysed at different time points before and after being treated with ANP (0, 30, 60, 120 min). Additionally,extravascular lung water was observed at the end of the study. RESULTS The concentrations of the three cytokines in blood and BALF were markedly increased at 30, 60 and 120 min after intravenous infusion of oleic acid ( P <0.05~0.01). In contrast, the levels of the three cytokines remarkably decreased and kept at a lower state after the intravenous infusion of ANP ( P < 0.05 ). So did the extravascular lung water ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION The intravenous infusion of ANP may efficiently decrease the levels of TNF α, IL 8 and ET 1 in blood and BALF after infusion of oleic acid, inhibit intrapulmonary inflammation and reduce the lung injury.
