摘要
目的 :研究珠黄散口腔糊剂对复发性口疮的疗效。方法 :选择复发性口疮患者 13 3例随机分治疗组和对照组 ,对照组 5 0例采用甲硝唑糊剂 ,治疗组 83例应用珠黄散口腔糊剂。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 96.3 9% ,与对照组比较 P<0 .0 1。治疗组平均起效时间为 1.94± 0 .3 4天 ,与对照组比较 P<0 .0 1。结论 :表明珠黄散口腔糊剂治疗复发性口疮疗效确切 。
OBJECTIVE:To study the clinical effect of Zhu Huang San oral paste in the treatment of recurrent ophtha. METHOD:133 cases of recurrent aphtha were divided into two groups.In control group, 50 cases were treated by metronidazole paste. In therapy group 83 cases were treated by Zhu Huang San oral paste. RESULTS:The effective rate of therapy group is 96.39%. and show effective result on 1.94±0.34 days. Compared with the control group, the result of therapy group has a statistical significance ( P <0.01).CONDUSIONS:Zhu Huang San oral paste is an effective drug to treat recurrent aphtha.
