摘要
目的 :研究合成胸腺嘧啶新的工艺方法。方法 :以 α-甲基丙烯酸为原料经溴化、成酰氯、与尿素缩合、环合制得胸腺嘧啶。结果 :产品收率 5 5 % ,熔点与文献相符。结论 :相对于以往的工艺 ,本工艺原料价廉易得、方法操作简便、易于大生产化 。
OBJECTIVE:Study the novel synthetic method of thymine. METHOD: Thymine is prepared by brominating, acylating, condensating with urea and cyclization. RESULTS: The over all yield amounts to 55% and the melting point of product was in accordance with the literature. CONCLUSION: The novel method, which uses cheaper material, is more convenient for operating and get product with higher purity, is a good way to synthesize thymine.
