摘要
对采用硅酸铝保温的淬硬倾向大的低合金高强度钢的焊接区域不同部位的焊接热循环进行了研究。分析了在不同焊接热循环条件下相应的部分易淬火钢焊缝及热影响区的显微组织。探讨了硅酸铝保温缓冷焊接条件下能防止焊接冷裂纹的原因。
The investigation into the thermal cycles at different zones of a weld on HSLA steel with hardened tendency with aluminium silicate as thermal insulator are carried out completely. The microstructures of weld metal and HAZ under different thermal cycle are analyzed correspondingly. The reason for preventing the weld joint from cold cracking with this kind of insulator to keep the weldment cooling slowdown is discussed also.
