摘要
为探讨留置导尿拔导尿管前采用膀胱冲洗对拔管后减少尿潴留的影响。随机分组50例,采用拔尿管前用摄氏温度40℃～42℃ 0.1％呋喃西林1000～1500 ml,分次膀胱冲洗;另50例拔导尿管前不冲洗膀胱作为对照组。结果显示,前者自动排尿率为96％(48/50),后者为80％(40/50),膀胱冲洗的病人拔管后出现尿潴留明显少于不冲洗的病人。
This paper explored how washing bladder before pulling out indwelling catheter effect decreasing rate of retention of urine. The patients randomized into two groups: 50 patients washed bladders with 0.1% furacin 1000-1500 ml before pulling out catheter, 50 patients in the second group didn't washed bladder. Result show: in the first group the urinate rate is 96% (48/50) , in the second group the rate is 80% (40/50). The patients with washing bladder were marked less retention of urine than the patients unwashing.
