摘要
自1991年8月～2000年3月,我科为各种血液病患者进行异基因造血干细胞移植92例次,发生急性移植物抗宿主病25例,死亡3例。因为在急性移植物抗宿主病的预防和治疗过程中,应用免疫抑制剂和糖皮质激素药物,患者极易合并感染,我们在工作中除了加强常规护理外,还摸索出了新的有效的护理方法。
92 hematologic patients received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell between August 1991 and March 2000, 25 patients occurred acute graft-versus-host-disease (aGVHD), and 3 of them were dead. We have tried to find out a new and effective nursing experience in addition to routine work, because patients were susceptible to infection by administering immunosuppres-sant and glucocorticoid to prevent and treat aGVHD.
