摘要
目的 :从中医药角度 ,寻找促进口腔种植体骨性结合的方法。方法 :CDIC二段式种植体植入下颌骨后牙缺失区 ,口服补骨合剂。于术后1、2、3月检查种植体—骨界面结合情况。结果 :临床X线摄片与CT扫描显示补骨合剂组 ,界面达到骨性结合时间、质量明显优于对照组 (P<0.05)。结论 :补骨合剂可以促进口腔种植体的骨性结合。
Objective: To study the BuGu capsule(BGC) promoted the osseointegration of dental implants in Chinese medicine viewpoint. Methods: The areas of mandible molar edentulous were inserted with CDIC titanium implants in 60 patients.They were drunk BGC.The control group was drunk with normal saline .The implanted mandible were examined in 1、2 and 3 months after operations. Results:The pantographic radiographic and CT scan observation showed the level of the osseointetration of BGC group was highten. It was statistically higher than control group P<0.05.Conclusion: BGC can promote the osseointegration of dental implants.
