摘要
目的 观察参附注射液对骨髓的造血和细胞免疫刺激作用。方法 共治疗 40例患者 ,在化疗后应用参附注射液。结果 参附注射液具有明显的刺激红系、粒系和细胞免疫的作用 ,但对血小板无明显的刺激作用。在应用中无明显的毒副作用。
Objective To obser ve the hematopoietic and immuno-stimulat ing effect of Shenfu injection.Metho ds 40 patients were treated.Shenfu injection was infused after chemotherap y.Results The effect of Shen fu injection was significant in stimulat ing the erythroid,myeloid hematopoietic and immunity,but wasnt obvious.Co nclusion Shenfu injection is a saf e and effective drug after chemotherapy.
