摘要
目的 观察研究尿激酶与凯时注射液合用治疗急性动脉栓塞时的效果。方法 静点尿激酶、凯时注射液治疗病人 17例 ,首次静点尿激酶 80万IU ,第 2日静点尿激酶 40～ 6 0万IU ,静点凯时 10 μg,每日 1次 ,连用 1～2周后观察病变肢体动脉搏动、皮温、皮色改变及肢体感觉运动情况。结果 联合应用治疗后 ,优 :9例 (5 2 .94% ) ;良 :4例 (2 3.5 2 % ) ;一般 :2例 (11.76 % ) ;截肢 :1例 (5 .88% ) ;死亡 :1例 (5 .88% )。结论 尿激酶与凯时合用可相互补充 ,溶栓效果较单用尿激酶明显 ,凯时注射液具有靶向性、持续性、高效性和低副作用等特点 ,在临床中应用效果显著。
Objective To report the thrombolytic effects of intravenous urokinose(UK)Plus lipo Prostaglandin E 1(lipo PGE 1)on atora embolism(AE).Methods:Seventeen Patients with AE were used UK(8×10 5Iu) intravenous at first.Than intravenous uk(4×10 5-6×10 5Iu)qu.Followed by lipo PGE 1 10mg qd.for 7-14 days.Observed sick limbs atoral pulsate,Skin temperature,Skin color and feeling motion of limbs.Results:Curative effect:Excellent.nine patients (52.94%) Fine.four patients (23.52%) Ordinary.Two patients (11.76%) Amplitation:one patient (5.88%) Death:one patient (5.88%).Conclusion:Use of UK and lipo PGE 1 altogather is a kind of effective therapy.They have complementory effectis.Thrombilytic were better than that of only use UK.lipo PGE 1 have target reaching,Continuity,high.effect and low side effect.
