摘要
目的为提高母乳喂养率,增进母婴健康,寻找有效的促泌乳方法。方法对114例阴道顺产而健康的产妇予早吸吮配合使用“产后汤”,并设对照组106例仅予早吸吮,观察比较效果。结果实验组与对照组在乳母泌乳始动时间和泌乳量上均有显著性差异(P<0.01),使阴道产纯母乳喂养率达到99%。结论早吸吮配合使用“产后汤”有使乳房达到一个先“充”(泌乳)而后“通”(排乳)之功效,从而使泌乳形成一个良好的循环机制。
Objective To investigate the ellection ol chinese medicine and look for a useful galactogogue tmethod.MethodAll women were normal labor women.Study group was consist of 114 parturients who were given chinese tradvtionalmedicine and their nipple was drawn by baby in the 30 minutes after delivery.Control group was consist of 106 laborwormen who was only drawn by baby.Result There were superiorty in the study group in starting time and quantity oflactation.There was sgnificantly difference between two groups(P<0.001).Conclusion Use the early drawn andchinese traditional medicine together can make breast to lactate and excrete and result a satisfactional lactaton process.
