摘要
目的 研究康复训练对脑梗死大鼠大脑皮质中-氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元表达的影响。方法 光化学法诱导大鼠脑梗死24 h后,将大鼠随机分为康复训练组和制动组,康复训练组每天进行水迷宫、转棒、滚笼训练,制动组网状笼内固定、在1、2、3、4周时观察大脑皮质NOS阳性神经元的表达。结果 正常大鼠大脑皮质中即有NOS阳性神经元上达,梗死后24 h梗死灶周围及对侧皮质中 NOS阳性神经元表达明显增多;l、2周时梗死灶周围皮质中NOS阳性神经元表达减少,制动组较康复训练组明显,3、4周时两组相差不显著、结论 NO合成和释放增多在脑缺血所致的脑损伤早期中起着重要作用;康复训练可促进脑损伤周围及对侧神经组织修复和代偿。
Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation training on the cxpression of NOS-reactive neurons in the cortex of cercbral infarcted rats. Methods After 24 h of cerebral infarction rats were divided into different groups randomly; rehabilitation group were given water maze, rotating bar and rolling cage exercises everyday, while immobilization group were fixed in cages. Histochemistry was used to detect the NOS-reactive neurons expression at 1, 2, 3 and 4 week after infarction respectively. Results NOS-reactive neurons existed in normal cortex of both sides. At 24 h after infarction the number increased obviously. And the number of immobilization group decreased more than that of rehabilitation group around the infarction area at 1, 2 week. There was not significantly difference between the two groups at 3, 4 week. Conclusion Rehabilitation training can protect the neurons around the infarction and Thus promote the recovery of rats motor functions.
