摘要
目的 :观察参芍颗粒对结扎犬冠状动脉前降支造成血瘀症模型的血液流变学的影响。方法 :采用结扎犬冠状动脉前降支造成血瘀症模型 ,于造模前、造模后 1 5 ,30 ,6 0 ,90 min分别股静脉采血测定血液流变学指标、体外血栓长度、血小板粘附率和全血粘度 (切变率为 5~ 2 0 0 / s)。结果 :参芍颗粒可缩短血栓长度、降低全血粘度、血小板粘附率 ,抑制血栓形成。结论
AIM\ The purpose is to observe the influence of Shenshao granules on the hemorrheology of model dogs with blood stasis by ligating the anterior descending branch of the coronary arteries. METHODS\ Model dogs with blood stasis were made by ligating the anterior descending branch of the coronary arteries, and blood being respectively drawn from femoral vein before blood taken and after blood taken in 30,60,90 min for the exponents of hemorrheology which indicated that the whole blood viscosity with thrombus length \%in vitro\%, platelet adhesion rate and altering rate is 5~200/s. RESULTS\ Shenshao granules can decrease the whole blood viscosity and platelet adhesion rate, shorten thrombus length and depress the forming of thrombus. CONCLUSION\ Shenshao granules have effects of altering the hemorrheological indexes of experimental dogs with blood stasis.
