摘要
目的 报道诃子中 2个新化合物的结构鉴定。方法 利用 CD、IR、1 HNMR、1 H-1 HCOSY、1 3 CN-MR、DEPT、HMQC、HMBC、NOESY及 FABMS等技术确定了它们的结构。结果 化合物 2的结构为 :3( S) -羧甲基 -4 ( S) -[( S) -羟基羧甲基 ]-5 -羧基 -7,8-二羟基 -二氢香豆素 ,化合物 3的结构为 :3( S) -羧基 -4 ( S) -[( R) -1 ,2 -二羧基乙基 ]-5 ,6 ,7-三羟基 -二氢异香豆素。 2个化合物均为诃子裂酸 ( 1 )的异构体。结论 2个化合物均为新化合物 ,分别命名为异诃子裂酸 ( 2 )和新诃子裂酸 ( 3)
AIM\ The purpose is to report the structural elucidation of two new compounds from the fruits of \%Terminalia chebula\%. METHODS\ CD, IR, 1HNMR, 1H 1H COSY, 13 CNMR, DEPT, HMQC, HMBC, NOESY and FABMS techniques were used. RESULTS\ Both of them were isomers of chebulic acid (1). Compound 2 was presumed to be 3(\%S\%) carboxymethyl 4( S ) [( S ) hydroxycarboxymethyl] 5 carboxyl 7,8 dihydroxyl dihydrocoumarin; Compound 3 was determined as 3( S ) carboxyl 4( S ) [( R ) 1,2 dicarboxyethyl] 5,6,7 trihydroxyl dihydroisocoumarin. CONCLUSION\ Both of them were new compounds, named as isochebulic acid (2) and neochebulic acid (3).
