摘要
Effective method in treationg Oculomotor Paralysis without operation.Method:use acupoint block to puncture the diseased musculi and nerve directly,at the same time,give Chinese herbal medicine which could calming the endopathic wind,activating collateral flow,regulating the flow of qi to resolving phlegm to improve the relieving the symprom of Oculomotor Paralysis,recovery of function.Result:7 cases in 13 caese were cured(55.35%),5 cases were improved(38.46%),and one ineffective(7.69%).
