摘要 B7分子在免疫基因治疗恶性肿瘤中发挥重要作用 ,利用B7免疫基因治疗恶性肿瘤包括制备肿瘤疫苗 ,使B7+ 肿瘤细胞本身成为抗原提呈细胞 ,制备B7抗体融合蛋白以及制备抗B7抗体免疫毒素等 ,这些方法均可以增强机体对肿瘤细胞的免疫杀伤作用。
