摘要
通过精制蝮蛇抗栓酶对脑梗塞的治疗作用，比较３３例脑梗塞病人在使用精制蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗前后的血液流变学，观察结果：体外血栓干重、体外血栓湿重、体外血栓长度、血小板粘附率、红细胞压积在治疗后较治疗前有非常显著的减少（Ｐ＜０．０１）；纤维蛋白原、红细胞刚性指数、胆固醇、甘油三酯有显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示精制蝮蛇抗栓酶有降低血液粘滞度作用，治疗脑梗塞效果好，副作用少。
To prove the therapeutic effect of purified ahalysantinfarctasum on cerebral embolism,the hemorheology of 33 patients with cerebral embolism was studied before and aftertreatment.The resuIts showed that the wet weight,dry weight and length of thrombi invitro,the adhesion rate of platelets and erythrocyte hematocrit were very markedly decreased(P<0.01 );and the fibrinogen,erythrocyte osmotic fragility index,cholesterol andtriglyceride significantly reduced(P<0.05).It is suggested that ahalysantinfarctasum canreduce blood viscosity and can be used in the treatment of cerebral embolism with good effectbut rare side effects.
