耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌的实验诊断和药敏监测分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了解当地耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌的流行情况和耐药特征,从189株各类葡萄球菌中检出耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌126株,并进行了21种抗生素药敏和β-内酰胺酶测定,调查了医院环境中的耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌流行情况,其各项结果均与临床分离株一致。所有耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌均对青霉素G、氨苄青霉素、苯唑青霉素耐药;但均对万古霉素敏感,其次为刮福平、环丙氟哌酸、氟嗪酸、头孢噻肟抗菌活力较强。耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌产β-内酰胺敏高于不耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌.两者有非常显著性差异(P<0.001),耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌噬菌体分型,以Ⅰ群为主。 The epidemic situation and resistance characteristics of methicillin-resistant staphylococ-cus(MRS)were studied in order to select antibiotics for eHective control of MRS infectionclinically. 126 strains were isolated from 189 different MRS strains. Drug sensitivity testswith 21 kinds of antibiotics were conducted and the presence of β-lactamase in them were de-termined. Epidemiological investigatioin on MRS in the environment of the hospital showedsimilar results to those on MRS isloated from clinical samples.All the strains of MRS wereresistant to penicillin G,ampicillin and oxacilin, but sensitive to vancomycin. Most strains ofMRS were sensitive to rifampin,ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin and cefotaxime. The incidence ofMRS producingp β-lactamase was higher than that of non-MRS,with significant difference(P<0.001).The bacteriophage typing showed that MRS was mainly in Group Ⅰ.
