摘要
局部及全身应用地塞米松治疗穿透性角膜移植术后排斥反应２４例３２眼。术前角膜无血管组的排斥反应治愈率为８０．０％，平均治愈时间为９．６ｄ；术前角膜有血管组的排斥反应治愈率为５５．６％，平均治愈时间为１５．２ｄ；总治愈串为５９．４％，平均治愈时间为１２．４ｄ。用地塞米松局部结合全身治疗可以缩短治愈时间，提高治愈率，是一种较好的治疗方案。
Local and systemic administration of dexamethasone for the rejection after penetratingkeratoplasty in 24 cases(32 eyes)was reported.The cure rate of rejection in cases withoutblood vessels in cornea before operation was 80.%,and the average time required Avas 9.6days. The cure rate of rejection in cases with vessels in cornea before operation was 55.6%.and the average cure time required was 15.2 days,The total cure rate was 59.4%,and theaverage time for cure was 12.4 days. It is suggested that local application of dexamethasonecombined with systemic therapy is preferred to shorten the time and elevate the rate of cure.
