摘要
采用常规石蜡包埋连续切片方法，对早期中国鲎胚的结构进行了光镜观察。提出其基本结构的测量数据。观察发现第１７天鲎胚由原始胶质膜、原始胚壁及丰富的卵黄粒组成。在第２８天鲎胚中观察到大量典型的幼稚血蓝细胞及变形细胞。
The embyonkstructure of early-stage horseshoe crab of China,Tachypleus tridentatuswas observed microscopically after conventional paraffin embedding and serial section. Its ba-sic structural components were measured.The results showed that the 17-day-old embryoswere composed of primary gelatinous membrane,primary embryonic wall and vitelline gran-ules.In the 28-day-old embryo,typical cyanoblasts and amebocytic cells were observed.
