咪唑安定复合氯胺酮用于烧伤病人麻醉时脉搏血氧饱和度变化

摘要 观察咪唑安定复合氯胺酮麻醉对9例(共10次手术)并有呼吸道烧伤患者手术期间脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO_2)的变化。患者均用咪唑安定0.3mg/kg肌注,复合静滴0.1/氯胺酮。结果示SpO_2在用药后10min开始下降,20min降至最低(91.9±11.45),但与麻醉前相比无显著性差异(P>0.05);在用药后30minSpO_2逐渐回升,40min恢复至麻醉前水平。说明此两药复合麻醉对呼吸有一定的抑制作用,但程度轻、时间短。提示该麻醉用于烧伤患者(包括并有呼吸道烧伤者),处理得当仍是一种较为安全的麻醉方法。 Pulse oxygen saturation(SpO_2)were observed continuously during midazolam combined with ketamine anesthesia in 9 burned patients with inhlation injury。SpO_2 began reductionat 10 min and reached the lowest value at 20 min after anesthesia,but there was significantstatistical differences as compared with the control value before anesthesia。The SpO_2 rose a-gain gradually in 30 min after anesthesia,and in 40 min returned to normal.The reqults showed that midazolam combined with ketamine anesthesia had a slight andtransient inhibitory effect on respiration.Thus,we concluded that it was safe for burned pa-tients with inhalation injury if managing carefully.
