摘要
用胎肝细胞悬液（ＦＬＣ）输注治疗再生障碍性贫血（再障）４５例（治疗组），近期有效率为６７％，远期有效率为７５％。而同期非ＦＬＣ治疗再障者３０例（对照组），近期有效率为４０％，远期有效率为４３．３％。两组近、远期疗效相比均有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）
We treated 45 cases aplasdcanemia with the aid fetal liver cell transplantation。Theshorttime curative effect was 67%。The longtime curative effect was 75%。In the contrastgroup the shortime curative effect was 40%,the longtime curative effect was 43%,The Con-trast between the two groups is remarkable.
