摘要
于梨状肌下缘10mm处切除成年Wistar大白鼠右侧的坐骨神经5mm,移植入8mm长、经2×10 ̄6rad ̄(60)Co辐射的成年日本大耳兔胫神经。异种神经移植术后8、12、16、20、32周,取出鼠手术侧的爪皮入10%福尔马林固定、冰冻切片,按Gross-Schultze改良的Bielschowsky法染色显示皮肤感觉神经末稍。术后8周的爪皮皮下组织出现少量再生神经束,12周后的各存活期真皮层内部分再生神经纤维可能与Meissner小体和Merkel触盘的形成有关。32周的部分再生神经纤维穿行于表皮细胞之间形成游离感觉神经末稍。随着存活期的延长,皮肤感觉神经末稍的数量和种类逐渐增多。 ̄(60)Co辐射的异种神经移植后,宿主的再生神经纤维能向远段生长重新支配靶器官。
Right sciatic nerve of the adult wistar rat was exposed and a 5 mm segment was cut fromthe point 10 mm distal to the lower margin of pirform muscle. Nerve segment of 8 mm inlength excisae from the adult rabbits(Japanese big ear rabbit)and treated by 2×10 ̄6 rad ̄(60)Coirradiated was transplanted into the gap of the severde rat nerve。Four anirnals at each timewere sacrificed after being grafted for 4,8,12,16,20 and 32 weeks。The toe pads of theoperated limb were excised and stained with Bielschowsky modified by Gross-Schultze to re-veal sensory nerve endings of the skin.There were regenerating nerve fascicles in subcuta-neous tissue of the toe pads at 8 weeks post-graft.At 12,16,20 and 32 weeks after trans-plantion,some regenerating nerve fibers in dermis associated with the formation of Meissners corpuscle and Merkel’s disc。Some fibers were distributed among the epidermal cells foum-ing free nerve endign after 32 weeks。As regeneration proceeded,the sensory nerve endingsof skin increased in number and type.The regenerating nerve fibers of the recipient couldpass through the heterograft nerve to the target organ after heterograft nerve irradiated by ̄(60)Co.
