摘要
本文应用pH法研究了在70%(V/V)乙醉-水溶液中,温度为37℃±0.1°,离子强度为0.10(KNO_3)条件下,钙(Ⅱ)与维生素D_3(VD_3)和L-半胱氨酸(CyS)的混合配合物形成作用。结果表明,钙(Ⅱ)与维生素D_3和L-半胱氨酸形成相当稳定的1∶1∶1型混合配合物。从配合物分子内配体间的疏水作用讨论了这种高稳定性。应用所得的实验结果对维生素D_3在生物体内促进钙的吸收作用进行了简单讨论。
The formation and stability of the mixed ligand complex of Calcium(Ⅱ) with Vitamin D_3(VD_3) and L-Cysteine (Cys) has been studied by potentiometric pH titration technique in 70%(V/(?)) ethanol aqueous solution at temperature 37℃+0.1°and ionic strength0.10(KN0_3). The results show that a quite stable 1: 1: 1 type mixed ligand complex is formed and the △logK is very large, po sitive value (+1.59).These results have been explained by intramolecular hydrophobic ligand-ligand interaction of the complexes in solution. The promotion of VD_3 to Calcium absorption in orga-nisms has also been briefly discussed.
