摘要 目的 定量评价不同年龄正常成人的左室壁运动方式。方法 获取 80例正常人的彩色室壁运动图像 ,分为四个年龄组 :2 0~ 2 5岁 ,2 6~ 30岁 ,31~ 40岁 ,41~ 5 0岁。建立各年龄组室壁各节段的幅度—时间收缩运动方式 ,并进行各节段运动方式的年龄组间比较。结果 室壁各节段的收缩方式于各年龄组间无显著差异。 Objective To quantitatively evaluate ventricular wall motion modes of different age adults.Methods Color Kinesis imagings of 80 normal subjects were acquired.The subjects were divided four groups according to age:20~25 years,26~30 years,31~40 and 41~50 years.In each age group,the motion modes (displacement-time) of all segments of left ventricle(LV) wall in systole were established.The motion mode of each segment was compared between age groups.Results As far as each concerned,segment there had no significant difference in motion mode among all age groups.Conclusion Color Kinesis is more overall and accurate in aspect of assessing ventricular wall motion.
