摘要
本文论述了在边缘检测中提高CCD固有分辨率的原理及其实现的软件方法,并得出了系统参数对测量精度的影响。
The principle of improving intrinsical resolution of CCD camera is analyzed andthe method of software presented. The influence of parameter of the system or themeasuring accuracy is also described in this paper.
