摘要
目的 探索一个简便、实用、易记忆、符合解剖基础的腹股沟疝分型方法。方法 在进行疝环充填式无张力疝修补手术时观察与收集有关疝环、疝环周围组织与腹股沟后壁的资料 ,分别在前 2 0例和 40例时对资料小结的基础上定出腹股沟疝Ⅰ～Ⅳ型分型标准。最后总结 2 33例次的腹股沟疝分型的分布。并总结分型和固定疝环充填物的关系。结果 确定 2 33例次腹股沟疝的分型分布为 :Ⅰ型疝 39例次 (16 7% ) ,Ⅱ型疝 10 6例次(4 5 5 % ) ,Ⅲ型疝 5 3例次 (2 2 7% ) ,Ⅳ型疝 35例次 (15 0 % ) ,以Ⅱ型疝为多见。在Ⅱ～Ⅳ型疝中 6 0岁以上病人各占 83 9% (89/ 10 6 )、83 0 % (4 4/ 5 3)、82 8% (2 9/ 35 )例次 ,而Ⅰ型疝为 5 8 9% (2 3/ 39)例次。
Objective To search after a classification of inguinal hernias which is simple,practical,easy to remember and in accord with basic inguinal anatomy.Methods During performing plug mesh hernia repair,we observed and collected the information about hernia ring,the surrounding tissue of ring and posterior wall of inguinal area.Results 233 cases were distributed in type Ⅰ(16 7%,39cases),Ⅱ(45 5%,106),Ⅲ(22 7%,53),Ⅳ(15%,35).The type Ⅱ was the popular type.The cases’ ages over 60 were distributed in type Ⅱ 83 9%(89/106),Ⅲ 83 0% (44/53) ,Ⅳ 82 8%(29/35),but type Ⅰ only 58 9%(23/39).Conclusion\ This dassfication criteria is praetical.
