摘要
目的 探讨长期使用糖皮质激素病人在胃肠道手术时发生吻合口瘘的预防措施。方法 对 6例长期使用糖皮质激素的病人采取了综合性围手术期处理 ,包括术前贫血及低蛋白血症的纠正、肠道的准备、术中进行无菌的肠减压、采用无损伤的针线、运用医用胶涂布、营养管的安置以及术后生长激素与生长抑素的联合应用等。结果 6例长期使用糖皮质激素的病人均未发生吻合口瘘。结论 对长期使用糖皮质激素病人 ,严密的围手术期综合预防措施 。
Objective To study comprehensive measures to prevent enteric anastomotic leakage for patients with long-term corticoid treatment.Methods Comprehensive measures were taken to prevent anastomotic leakage for those patients who had undergone long-term treatment with corticoid.Results Of the 6 patients who had undergone long-term corticoid treatment,no anastomotic leakage occurred owing to the adoption of comprehensive measures.Conclusion Comprehensive measures can effectively prevent anastomotic leakage for the patients with long-term corticoid treatment.
