摘要
本文对现有的迭代矩量法作了改进,将对任意截面或任意折射率分布介质波导的分析转化为对二个相互关联的折射率渐变无限大平板波导的分析,并用迭代法逐步求解。通过对矩形波导、圆形波导,Ti:LiNbO_3波导和侧面抛光光纤特性的实际计算,来说明此法的收敛速度和最终精度以及零阶等效矩形边界选择对它们的影响。
The iterated moment method have been improved to analyze arbitrary cross--sectionor arbitrary index distribution dielectric waveguides by transforming them into tworelated graded index distribution slab waveguides. The convergence speed, the finalprecision as well as the influence of zero order equivlent rectangular border choiceare all discussed through the detailed computation of rectangular core, circular co-te, Ti: LiNbO_3 waveguides and side--polished monomode fibers.
