摘要
采用CAD软件系统研究焊接工艺对C-Mn钢熔敷金属组织和力学性能的影响规律,并建立了相应的数学模型,从而能够预报、控制和优化熔敷金属的力学性能,选择合理的焊接工艺参数。
Effect of procedure variables on structures and properties of C-Mn steel weld metal have been studied with CAD software system. A methematical model has been established correspondingly so that the mechanical properties will be predicted, controlled and optimized, and reasonable procedure variables can be selected. Therefor, a guidance appied for practical production has been created.
